The characteristic of this rod is "uncomfortable feeling".
It feels like a super fast taper just by holding it in my hand, but when I shake it or actually use it in the sea, I feel a sense of discomfort.
Then, what makes you feel uncomfortable is "softness". I don't know if it's appropriate to describe it as supple, but it has a strange softness.
In fact, 55 tons of carbon called "Nano Alloy ®" from Toray is used for the butt part of this rod. For the top, 30t is used in combination with composite.
Normally, in such a case, gradually drop from the bat to the berry and tip in the order of 55t → 40t → 30t. I think that the sudden change from 55t to 30t brings a unique sense of discomfort.
The sensitivity is also very good, and it is a very fun rod to fish.
It bends well for both small and large fish. It's a lot of fun to fish any size fish with a feeling of strangeness that I've never felt before. It feels like between first and slow. It also supports a wide range of jig heads to be used.
In Thailand, I could catch a horse mackerel of about 50 cm with Pinky No. 0.6, and I could throw a 0.3 g jig head. It is also characterized by its high versatility that can handle everything from light to heavy.
